Our prices vary depending on the time of year. Please contact us for a quick response on seasonal prices and availability. Note that winter rentals include heating and firewood.

Number of occupants

Up to ten people can be accommodated in the house (two per bedroom). However, under certain circumstances additional guests may be permitted. Please let us know if you plan to have more than ten guests and we will try to accommodate you.

Length of stay

Rentals are accepted on a weekly basis only, starting and ending on Saturday. New guests may arrive Saturday between 4.00 pm and 7.00 pm. Departing guests are requested to check out by 10.00 am on the day of departure. Arrangements other than Saturday to Saturday may be accepted in off-peak periods.

Payments

We ask for a payment of 30% of the total amount at the time that you make your reservation. Payment can be made by wire transfer or personal check. The remainder (70%) is due 70 days before the starting date of your stay.

Cancellation policy

In the event of cancellation, 30% of the rental price will be charged if the cancellation is made at least 70 days before the start of the rental period; 75% of the rental price if the cancellation is made between 69 and 33 days before the start of the rental period; 100% of the rental price if the cancellation is made between 32 and 1 day(s) before the start of the rental period. It is strongly recommended that customers purchase trip cancellation insurance.

Deposit

We ask that you provide us with a security deposit of Euro 500.00 at the time of your arrival. The deposit will be used to cover any damage to the property.

No smoking

The villa is a non-smoking environment. Guests are permitted to smoke outdoors only. Failure to abide by these rules will result in the termination of the contract and loss of security deposit and any unused rental fees.

Documents

Italian Law requires that all guests produce a means of identification (ID card or passport) at the time of their arrival.

Access

The owners and their designated representatives have unlimited access to the property for maintenance purposes (e.g., inspections/repairs, regular maintenance of gardens, etc.). Every effort is made to minimize inconvenience to guests.

 

Services

Cleaning

The villa will be furnished with bed, bathroom and kitchen linens. A fresh set of towels will be provided at mid-week, and towels and bed linens will be changed on Saturday mornings for multi-week rentals. The rental fee includes final cleaning.

Laundry

A self-service washer and dryer are provided free of charge.

Swimming pool

Until our request to construct a swimming pool is granted, our guests are invited to use the pool and sun-bathing facilities at La Pergoletta, about three miles away. We will assume the daily entrance costs.

Heating and cooling

The heating/hot water system is central and autonomous. The villa bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning. Winter rental rates include the cost of heating.
